Campaign Optimization Manager

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with our customers
    • Ensure client satisfaction – manage expectations and deliverables
    • Manage regular communications and result-sharing with clients
    • Help clients with recommendations and suggestions to help improve performance
    • Manage multiple priorities and get things done
    • Responsible for moving prospects from trial to customers and for renewals
    • Work with executive level clients and their teams
  • Consult with customers on Conversion Optimization
    • Provide strategic recommendations for clients based on their goals
    • Help customers develop high performing ideas for potential personalizations
    • Share industry best practices and insightful lenses on data with clients to help them come up with better ideas
    • Lead customer meetings to focus their energy on the highest potential areas for improvement
  • Monitor client campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Monitor live campaigns regularly to ensure high performance
    • Identify potential issues with lower performing campaigns and take actions with clients to improve.
    • Manage regular communications with clients sharing data, reviewing performance and addressing action items. Expect daily Slack discussions and regular meetings with each customer

Background & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience optimizing websites or ad campaigns. 5+ years of professional experience 
  • Direct experience with websites preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques, best practices and pitfalls
  • Track record of successfully optimizing sites/campaigns to improve conversion rate
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website design.  Development experience a plus
  • Bachelors required. Masters a plus. Technical degree a plus
