Your deep demand gen experience will guide your selection of tactics, as your reliance on data-driven experimentation will allow you to rapidly iterate and increase success. By eyeballing conversion rates in your cockpit and optimizing campaigns at each stage, you will lead us to repeatable, scalable demand gen that creates enterprise MQLs all day long.
As you consider new innovative, multi-channel campaigns, you’ll partner with Sales and BDRs to streamline our handoffs and maximize impact from the leads you’ve discovered.

- Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns that generate enterprise MQLs and build enough sales pipeline to crush revenue targets — includes programs such as ABM, response to intent, nurtures, etc.
- Collaborate with BDRs to ensure smooth and thorough follow-up on created leads, seeking out feedback to understand what’s working best, and what needs to change
- Embrace a data-driven culture that continually highlights successes and opportunities to improve through your tailored reports and dashboards
Experience & Skills
- Success as a B2B Demand Gen marketer that usually exceeds your pipeline goals
- Deep understanding of modern, multi-channel B2B lead generation channels, tactics, and strategies
- A passion for testing new ideas, learning fast, and iterating
- Creativity and an appreciation for the role of copy and design in marketing effectiveness
- Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of programs
- Experience using Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, data providers, paid media platforms, and other marketing solutions
- Familiarity marketing to marketers, and with the overall MarTech domain
- B2B Saas experience at the early stage and through high growth
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
