We are looking for an experienced marketer to join our fast-growing and high-performing team to develop the Product and Customer Marketing functions.

This is a broad role with the potential to make a big impact on our content and strategy. You’ll build direct relationships with our customers and help them tell their stories to build a stronger Intellimize brand. We need you to dive in and…

  1. Create content that woos our prospects, educates our customers, and enables our externally facing teams, including sales and customer success
  2. Drive our product release launches and customer marketing asset development
  3. Help develop the marketing strategies necessary to reach our aggressive growth objectives

Job Responsibilities

  • Educate both internal and external audiences on our product capabilities and benefits
    • Create sales presentations, collateral, and tools that align with the buying process to help move prospects through the sales cycle
    • Create marketing content that explains what we do and how our customers benefit, including videos, website copy, and sometimes blog posts or an ebook
    • Manage our external product release launches
    • Conduct market analysis on the competitive landscape to clarify differentiators, provide input to our roadmap, and educate our team
    • Review our Help Center articles for accuracy and co-author new articles
    • Assist sales in meetings and proposals with deep product knowledge
    • In collaboration with the customer success team, proactively communicate product news to customers
    • Continually help refine our messaging, differentiation, and value proposition for each audience
  • Build strong relationships with our customers, and help them share their stories about working with us 
    • Increase customer advocacy that validates the Intellimize solution through success stories, video testimonials, online reviews, referrals, and more
    • Manage our customer marketing asset development process, and the library of our customer assets  
    • Through the process of developing relationships and new stories, learn what our customers really care about, and share new insights with our internal team
    • Create and manage customer engagement programs, such as user groups, meet-ups, awards programs, and ongoing nurture campaigns

Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience   
  • Must be an outstanding storyteller, with proven skills to engage audiences verbally as well as through written word and video
  • Passion for serving and understanding customers
  • Interpersonal skills to nurture customer relationships and work with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable establishing processes and programs where none exist
  • Understanding of MarTech market and digital marketing / marketing automation applications 
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
  • Graphic design and video production skills are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field
