When using our machine learning-based intelligent website optimization solution, you can receive better results than a forced even split between test cells because the system will automatically show each visitor the right combination of variations for them that is most likely to get them to convert. The result is better results (because each person sees the right variation for them) and faster results (because you’ll reach statistical significance sooner). You can also do materially less work by specifying each variation and have the system try all of the combinations (e.g. specify 5 headlines, 5 images, and 5 calls-to-action, and the system will automatically try all 125 combinations without you needing to lay out each combination).

Most of our customers begin working with us by giving us no first or third-party data at all.

Instead, we use information we can discern simply because a visitor requested a page from your website, including:

  • Location: City/state/country
  • Device: Mobile/desktop/tablet
  • First visit/repeat visit
  • Traffic source (i.e. where the visitor was just before they visited your site)
  • Time of day, day of week, and time zone

Additionally, if a visitor came to your site from a paid ad or an email, we will automatically parse any UTM parameters you already have instrumented so that you can reuse the targeting you already paid for in the ad or email again to better personalize your website.

If you would like, you can optionally share with us first and/or third-party data. If you want to give us data from your CRM for known customers or your DMP for anonymous visitors, we’ll take it in almost any way you would like to share it in the browser.
