Can I cancel at any time?

The Intellimize Starter Package is a monthly or annual commitment. You can cancel renewal at any time through the Customer portal.

How do you track page views? Where can I see the current total?

Every time the Intellimize snippet loads on your site, we’ll count a page view. You can check your current page view count in your Account Settings in the Intellimize product.

What happens if I go over my page view limit?

Depending on whether you choose to pay monthly or annually, we’ll enforce a pageview limit. For annual payments, that limit is 500,000 page views in a year. For monthly payments, that limit is 83,000 pageviews per month. If you exceed this limit, your experiences will stop running. To get access to more pageviews, you can upgrade to our Standard, Plus, or Premium packages.

Can I add an extra seat license?

If you’d like to add extra seats, they start at $20 / month. You can add these by requesting additional seats from our customer success team.

How can I run more than 5 experiences at the same time?

To run more than 5 experiences at once, you can upgrade to our Standard, Plus, or Premium packages. All of these packages include unlimited experiences.

How do I get support if I am having a problem?

We’re committed to making you successful! The Starter package includes access to a robust knowledge base, video content from our customer success team, and the ability to file a support request if you need.

I am on Shopify, how do I connect my store?

We have a turnkey Shopify integration. You’ll connect your store using our app once you log in to the product for the first time.

How long does it take to get set up?

Set up is fast. You can start building experiences right away. To launch, you’ll just need to install the snippet on your site. Most customers are able to launch their first test the same day they sign up.

Can I put the snippet in Google Tag Manager?

Tag managers wait to add scripts until after the page has loaded, a guaranteed recipe for flicker. For that reason, we recommend adding the snippet directly into the base page to ensure you have no flicker and great performance.

Will Intellimize impact my site speed?

We’ve spent years honing our approach to get you great performance, while still preventing flicker. Our snippet is asynchronous to keep from impacting your page speed scores, while dynamically managing the loading of your variations to prevent flicker.

What kinds of experiences can I run with Starter Package?

Intellimize supports different kinds of experiences for different needs in your optimization program. The Starter Package allows you to mix and match any of these experience types, with up to 5 live at once:
